Nicole was so good with my dog. My dog is a rescue who can be shy around new people. She welcomed my dog in like she was part of the family. Her little girl bonded and played with my dog too. It is so nice to have a place I can trust to leave my dog in the city. I highly recommend her.

My cat Gibson is very shy and nervous around new people. Nicole took wonderful care of him while we were away, and sent me regular updates/photos so I wouldn't be worried. Also, she convinced Gibson to sit on her lap, which he never does! Incredible!!

I was impressed at the inception with Nicole's background. I have been boarding my min pin with my vet since I moved to NYC and was fortunate to find Nicole in my area. She asked great questions at the start, kept me updated during my min pin's stay, (including happy pictures!) and gave me a full report at pickup. Nicole really treated my dog like family--that's very hard to find in NYC. Highly recommended.

Nicole is a true animal lover and will care for you pet immensely. Not only that but she will pay close attention to their individual needs and then will offer her expert pet advice. For example, she's given me advice on getting Bella a harness instead of a leash, getting her hearty coat for this weather, etc. I appreciate her love and attentiveness. You will immediately see how much she cares when you see her interact with your animal. I would definitely recommend her!

w​as severely abused in his last home and would not go near strangers, yet he took to Nicole right away. She also adds the nice extra touches like taking pictures of my guys while she is sitting them and has no problem answering emails from us for updates. We are so happy we found you.
